Spring

Still no pictures. I think I'm just lazy. Spring fever?

The daffodils have started to grow, the rose bush is hanging over the back gate ready to grab people who go through. The motorcycles are out. All signs of spring. We just need a little rain, maybe April showers, to give everything a boost.

My exhaust system came apart at a joint. I had places to go so I used Gorilla tape to try to keep it from falling off. Today it got fixed, just needed some bolts. The tape was gone. I guess you can't fix EVERYTHING with gorilla tape. The man at the garage said the exhaust pipe got too hot for tape.

Went junking with the gang last Friday and then out to lunch. I recommend Bob Evans chicken pot pie. I had to bring half of it home and made another meal out of it. We went to 3 thrift stores.

Next week I will be tutoring my grandson, Will. I was informed the tutoring involved multiplying and dividing fractions. OOHHH NOOOO. I looked them up on the internet and printed off the instructions. I think I will let Will explain it to me. Next week is his spring break and his parents made arrangements to go away the following week, wrong week. They still plan to go away and take school work with them. So spring break I get to tutor. We always have a good time and maybe I'll relearn how to do fractions.

Yesterday was my oldest granddaughter's 21st birthday. WOW. It seems like such a short time ago that she was born. Time flies when you are having fun.

With spring here I feel like I have lost weight but I think it's just that I took off the longjohns. The scales say I weigh the same.

Maybe soon I'll get inspired to figure what is keeping the computer from seeing my camera. I feel like holding the camera up in front of the monitor and saying "see, it's right here, dummy". Somehow I don't think that would work.
