Lazy Sunday

For sure it is Sunday as I have been very lazy today.  Took a nap this morning and finally got around to doing some dish washing this afternoon.  Spent some time visiting with a friend this afternoon.  She is on Facebook, too, so that will be fun to continue our friendship via the internet.

In taking our walks around the park I see license plates from just about every north eastern state plus Canada.  Some people just stay overnight and move further south but several stay here. 

Today I added some protein to my diet.  I had a boiled egg for breakfast and a tiny slice of meatloaf with supper.  Yeah!  I may not be saying yeah tomorrow but it sure tasted good today.
